I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it provided an exceptional level of comfort and quality service. The location of this place is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains right from my room. It was such a treat to wake up to such a serene and picturesque setting every morning.

Spacious rooms with a nice view and relaxing facilities. The hotel offers a large indoor heated pool complex with a steam sauna and a Finnish dry sauna, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city. The Italian restaurant on-site serves excellent food, providing a diverse menu with Italian and Japanese cuisine options.
Limited non-smoking rooms and some areas of the hotel show signs of aging such as stained carpets and cigarette burns. The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel can be unreliable and the location is a bit inconvenient, making it necessary to have a car for ease of transportation.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in rural Japan and had a fantastic time! the service was prompt and efficient, and the Italian-Japanese meal plan was delicious. the indoor heated pool complex with an outdoor whirlpool was a great way to relax, especially after playing some ping pong in the games room. the beauty salons were a nice touch too!
The hotel didn't provide English service, so communication was a bit difficult. the onsen was a little small and not as warm as expected, and the pillows were a bit too firm for our liking.
